1. Scope

These terms apply to all orders placed via our online shop by consumers and business customers (“entrepreneurs”).

A consumer is a natural person acting for purposes beyond their commercial or independent professional activity. An entrepreneur is a natural or legal person or unincorporated partnership acting to carry out business or professional activity.

If entrepreneurs use their own general terms and conditions, we reject their applicability unless expressly agreed in writing.

2. Contracting Parties, Conclusion of Contract & Correction Options

The purchase agreement is entered into with Scentspire, Owner: Olga Bogorodchenko.

Product images in the online shop are non-binding. You can add items to your cart without obligation and correct your input at any time before finalizing your order via the provided correction tools.

By clicking the order button you make a binding offer for the items in your cart. We confirm receipt of your order by email immediately upon submission.

We accept your offer within two days either by:

sending a separate acceptance email, or
authorizing the payment transaction via our or a third-party provider, depending on your chosen payment method.
Contract is concluded upon whichever of these occurs first.

3. Contract Language & Storage of Contract Text

Contract language: English

We store the contract text in our internal system, which is not accessible to you, but we will send you an order confirmation via email.

4. Delivery Conditions

We deliver goods only by shipping to the address provided during checkout.

Self-pickup and delivery to parcel stations are not possible.

5. Payment Methods

We offer the following payment options:

Credit Card: charged immediately upon placing your order.
Apple Pay: via Safari, requires Apple account & confirmation—processed immediately.
Google Pay: via Google account & confirmation—processed immediately.
Klarna (consumers only):
- Klarna Credit Card: charged immediately, no credit check.
- Klarna SEPA Direct Debit: charged after shipment, with prior notification.
- Klarna Installments: monthly payments, min. €6.95; subject to credit approval. Klarna may offer additional options.
PayPal: processed immediately upon confirmation. Additional PayPal options may apply.
Sofort by Klarna: processed immediately through online banking.

6. Right of Withdrawal (Consumers Only)

You have the statutory right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving a reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the date on which you or a third party named by you (other than the carrier) take possession of the goods.

You can use the model withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, sending the notification in writing within the period is sufficient.

Consequences of withdrawal:

You will receive a refund of all payments, including standard shipping costs, within 14 days, using the same payment method unless otherwise agreed. We may delay refund until goods are returned or proof of shipment is provided. You bear only the direct cost of returning the goods unless otherwise stated.

Special rule for Germany: We cover the return shipping costs if it’s shipped within Germany.

7. Warranty & Guarantees

7.1 Statutory Warranty

Statutory rights apply unless otherwise stated. Limitation periods and exclusions do not apply in cases of personal injury, intent, gross negligence, cardinal obligations, express guarantees, or product liability.

Business customers: Only the manufacturer’s product descriptions and our descriptions are contractual. Warranty claims for new goods must be made within 1 year. The above limitations do not apply to construction defects.

Traders (HGB § 377): Duty to inspect and report defects immediately, otherwise deemed approved, except for hidden defects.

7.2 Additional Guarantees & Customer Service

Any additional guarantees and their terms will be explicitly stated per product page.

Customer service for Sensory Brand Sessions, Consultations, Workshops is available as stated on our site.

8. Liability

Liability is unlimited for personal injury, intent, gross negligence, express guarantees, or product liability.

For slight negligence affecting cardinal obligations, liability is limited to typical foreseeable damages. Otherwise, liability is excluded.

9. Dispute Resolution

Online dispute resolution via the EU ODR platform, which can be accessed here:

Important: The ODR platform will be permanently discontinued on 20 July 2025; submissions will be accepted until 20 March 2025. We are not obligated or willing to participate in consumer arbitration proceedings (VSBG § 36).

10. Final Provisions

For entrepreneurs, German law applies exclusively, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
