1. Delivery Area
We ship physical products (e.g. notebooks, stickers) to the following regions:

European Union countries

Worldwide / International shipping upon request
Please contact us in advance for specific countries not listed at checkout.
Note: We do not ship to PO boxes or Packstationen.
2. Shipping Methods & Costs
Deliveries are handled by Deutsche Post, DHL, or other trackable logistics partners.
Germany: 3–5 business days, €3.90 flat rate
EU countries: 5–10 business days, €7.90–€13.90 depending on destination
Non-EU / Worldwide: 10–20 business days, €14.90–€24.90 depending on zone

You will be notified if shipping to your country is not available automatically.
3. Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 2 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders are not processed on weekends or German public holidays.
4. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order is dispatched (if tracking is available for your destination).
5. Customs, Duties & Taxes (for Non-EU Countries)
For international orders outside the EU, customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees may apply. These charges are not included in our prices or shipping fees.
The buyer is responsible for paying all applicable customs duties and import fees in their country.
6. Delivery Delays
While we strive to meet the indicated delivery times, delays may occur due to customs processing, logistics partner constraints, or seasonal volumes.
We are not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers.
7. Lost or Damaged Items
If your shipment is lost or arrives damaged:

Include your order number, a description, and photos (if applicable).
We will assess the situation and offer a suitable resolution (replacement or refund).
8. Digital Products & Services
This policy applies only to physical items.
All digital products, online offers, and bookable services (e.g., Sensory Brand Sessions) are delivered electronically or via online appointment — no shipping applies.
