1. Right of Withdrawal (Widerrufsrecht) for Consumers

If you are a consumer within the meaning of § 13 BGB, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.

For Physical Products (e.g. Notebooks, Stickers):

You may withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days after you, or a third party nominated by you (who is not the carrier), have taken possession of the goods.

You may use the Model Withdrawal Form but it is not mandatory.

Consequences of Withdrawal:

We will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except additional costs from choosing a non-standard delivery), within 14 days of receiving your notice. Refunds will be made using the same payment method you used.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or proof of return. You must return the goods within 14 days of notifying us. You bear the direct return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed.

Refunds may be reduced if the product shows signs of use not necessary for checking condition, features, and functionality.

2. Exclusion of Withdrawal for Services

According to § 356 Abs. 4 BGB, the right of withdrawal expires prematurely in the following cases:

When a digital service (e.g. online course, PDF download) has been fully provided, and
You agreed to the immediate start of the service and confirmed your awareness that you waive your right of withdrawal upon full fulfilment.

This applies to:

Sensory Brand Sessions
Strategy Consultations
Digital Workshops
Downloadable Materials

You will be explicitly asked to consent to this waiver during checkout for such services.

3. Cancellation or Rescheduling of Appointments (Sessions or Workshops)

You may cancel or reschedule booked sessions free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled time.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session are non-refundable.
Missed appointments without prior notice will not be refunded.
In case of illness or emergencies, please reach out directly; we may reschedule at our discretion.

4. Business Customers

This refund policy applies to private consumers (B2C). Business clients (B2B) are not granted the statutory right of withdrawal unless individually agreed.
