1. Access Data & Hosting
When you visit our website, server logs automatically record details like file names, your IP address, date/time, data volume, and provider. This is strictly for site operation and improvement purposes—based on our legitimate interest under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR—and kept only as long as needed. Hosting and data storage are handled by our providers, located in countries with data protection adequacy decisions (Israel, UK, USA) or covered by EU standard contractual clauses (Brazil, Mexico, India, Ukraine).
2. Data Processing for Contract Handling & Contact Requests
2.1 Contract Fulfilment
We collect personal data voluntarily provided during purchase (e.g. name, address, email) to process orders and meet legal obligations. Once the contract is fulfilled, data is retained only as long as required by tax and commercial law, unless you have consented to further use.
2.2 Customer Accounts
If you opt to open an account, your data will be stored to simplify future orders. You can delete your account at any time via your account page or by contacting us. Data will then be erased unless retained under legal obligations or with your consent.
