Service Description
What this is: Unique hands-on formats designed to develop sensitivity to the sensory signals shaping perception in physical environments. What we focus on: • recognising sensory cues influencing value perception • understanding how scent, atmosphere and spatial signals work together • exploring perception through structured exercises and tools • applying insights to real brand environments What you gain: • improved awareness of sensory signals in space • practical understanding of perception mechanisms • shared vocabulary for discussing experience within teams • insights that can be applied to brand environments and strategy
Cancellation Policy
Booking All sessions must be booked in advance through the website booking system. For the Strategic Clarity Session, a short preparation questionnaire will be sent after booking and should be completed prior to the session to ensure a productive discussion. Cancellation & Rescheduling If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, please notify at least 24 hours in advance. • Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the session may be rescheduled or refunded. • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled time are non-refundable If rescheduling is required due to unforeseen circumstances, please contact us as soon as possible. Late Arrival If you arrive late to a scheduled session, the session will still end at the originally agreed time in order to respect other bookings. Waiting List If all available session slots are booked, you may request to be placed on a waiting list. In the event of a cancellation, waiting list requests will be contacted in order of submission. Changes by the Host In rare cases where a session must be rescheduled due to unforeseen circumstances, participants will be offered a new date or a full refund.
