We develop a tailored sensory marketing strategy that aligns your brand’s identity with touchpoints that trigger emotion and memory. From scent and sound to visual and tactile elements, we craft experiences that deepen consumer connection and drive lasting impact. This is a 9-session package, with each individual session lasting 60 minutes. Ideal for: solo founders, boutique brands, and creative teams looking to build a cohesive, emotionally resonant brand experience across physical and digital spaces. Outcome: a fully developed, actionable sensory strategy tailored to your brand - complete with a sensory map, strategic recommendations, and a clear plan for implementation. Booking & Inclusions: - All 9 sessions must be scheduled and completed within three months from the date of the first session. - Each session is 60 minutes and held online via video call. - The package price includes pre-session preparation and tailored post-session follow-up for each meeting. - Full terms and conditions are available in the dedicated section. Cancellation Policy
Booking, Cancellation & Waitlist Policy 📆 Booking Terms All services must be booked via the online booking calendar or via email confirmation. Once booked, you will receive a confirmation email with the session details and a payment link (if not prepaid). For 3-session and 9-session packages: sessions must be completed within 1 month or 3 months of the first appointment respectively, unless otherwise agreed in writing. ❗️Cancellation & Rescheduling You may cancel or reschedule a session up to 24 hours before the scheduled time without any charge. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will be considered as completed and non-refundable. For packages (3 or 9 sessions), missed sessions without notice count toward the package total. 💌 Late or Missed Appointments Sessions begin at the scheduled time. If you are more than 15 minutes late, the session may be shortened or forfeited depending on availability. No-shows are considered cancellations without notice. 📋 Waitlist Policy If your preferred time is unavailable, you may request to join the waitlist via email or booking form. Waitlist clients will be notified of any cancellations on a first-come, first-served basis. 📂 Custom Sensory Projects Due to the individual nature of Custom Sensory Audits or Workshops, bookings and cancellations are subject to a separate agreement and timeline. Payment terms and cancellation conditions will be defined in the project proposal and confirmed before work begins.
